Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this time period or for no-shows.

Refund Policy

In the case of unforeseen circumstances or tour cancellations by A Great Day in South LA, a full refund will be provided.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior, intoxication, non-compliance with our policies, health and safety concerns, or failure to meet specific requirements. This decision is made to ensure a positive and safe environment for all guests and staff.

Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule their tour, subject to availability. Requests for rescheduling must be made 24 hours before the original tour date and time.

Late Arrival Policy

Participants are encouraged to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time. A Great Day in South LA reserves the right to begin the tour without late arrivals. No refunds will be issued for latecomers.

Safety Guidelines

Participants are expected to adhere to all safety guidelines provided by the tour guide. A Great Day in South LA reserves the right to exclude participants who do not comply with safety regulations.

Arrival Time

Participants are expected to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled tour start time. Late arrivals after the tour start time may result in exclusion from the tour, with no refunds issued.

Awareness of Surroundings

Please practice common sense: Be aware of your surroundings, follow traffic rules, and exercise caution during street crossings.

Respect for Community Members

Harassment or heckling of community members is strictly prohibited. Our tours aim to foster positive connections, and we ask all participants to treat residents with respect and courtesy.

Photography Etiquette

No photos of community members should be taken without their explicit permission. Respect the privacy and personal space of community members. If you wish to capture images, focus on landmarks, public spaces, or obtain consent directly from individuals.

Community Respect

Please respect the communities we visit. Avoid loud conversations, littering, or any behavior that may disrupt the local environment. We aim to leave a positive impact on the neighborhoods we explore.

Personal Belongings

Keep personal belongings secure at all times. A Great Day in South LA is not responsible for lost or stolen items during the tour.

COVID-19 Guidelines

In light of ongoing health concerns, participants are expected to follow any additional COVID-19 safety guidelines provided by the tour guide, including mask-wearing and social distancing.

Parking

We are pleased to offer free parking for the tours. It is advised to plan ahead, taking into consideration parking availability. We strongly recommend arriving early to secure parking. Please be aware that neither A Great Day in South LA nor building management is responsible for any damages that may occur in the parking lot.
